The Humphrey History Park and Museum provides your special event with a unique historic setting at Kinnikinnick Ranch with rustic photo opportunities at reasonable rates.

The Museum hosts events from casual to formal:

• Corporate Functions

The Ranch is conveniently located in North Evergreen just three miles from I-70. Bring your guest to Kinnikinnick Ranch and experience the magic of our rustic mountain setting nestled on 35 acres with spectacular mountain views.   

The Big Tent is closed for 2021 due to Covid. 

It is perfect for larger gatherings  with a rustic theme and offers access to outside activity stations.

• The space accommodates up to 150 people.
• Rentals are available mid-May through September, after 4:00 pm Tuesday through Saturday and all day on Sunday.
• 
  

• Rentals include the 40’X 60’ tent, stage with power, access to the croquet court, horseshoe pits, and the Double Nikl Playground.
• Folding chairs are available for an additional $100.00 set up fee.  
• Fees are $200.00 an hour with a two hour minimum. 
• A damage deposit of $350.00 is required.

      Additional General Information:

• Staff will be provided during your event to assist with questions concerning Kinnikinnick Ranch.
• You may have a caterer host your event and you may serve alcohol.  The sale of alcohol is NOT permitted. It is the Renter's responsibility to assure that the dispensing of alcohol is in compliance with Colorado State Liquor laws. Alcohol must only be served by a TIPS Certified bartender and proof of certification must be available on-site during the event.
• Entertainers, musicians, disc jockeys and other groups are welcome to entertain your guests.
•  A signed contract and a $100 deposit are required to hold the date and time and all fees are due 30 days prior to the vent.  The deposit is refundable with 30 days written notice.
• Members receive a 10% discount.
• All guests and contractors must be out of the facility at the end of the paid time. If for any reason clean up is not complete at the end of paid time; the extra cost will be taken from the damage deposit.
• No smoking, rice, confetti, birdseed,  candles or open flames are allowed. 
• Rental services are not available for other nonprofit fundraisers, religious or political events open to the public.  

The Par-Tea House

The Par-Tea House is a warm venue that is perfect for any type of meeting or small gathering and sure to please for a cozy special event.

• The space accommodates up to 28 people and/or 20 more on the out-door Deck, weather permitting.
• Rental hours are 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Tuesday through Saturday and Sunday by arrangement. Your time block includes setup, clean up and use time.
• A projection screen is available for an additional $25.00 fee and $100.00 deposit.
• Fees are $50.00 per hour with a two hour minimum Tuesday through Saturday and $100.00 per hour on Sundays.
• A damage deposit of $100.00 is required.
